Siepe is seeking an experienced individual with strong business acumen to execute a variety of operational objectives. As a member of the Siepe team, you will work closely with our product groups performing the day-to-day functions, identifying operational improvements, and supporting the various lines of business. Services include but not limited to data collection, reconciliation, client driven reporting.

Responsibilities
- Model compliance tests as defined in legal documents onto in-house systems
- Interpret legal documents including indentures and credit agreements
- Create innovative solutions based upon understanding of clients’ needs, market conditions and/or technical expertise
- Create waterfall calculations as well as borrowing base calculations according to legal documents
- Troubleshoot and resolve data and modeling differences
- Train and share knowledge with junior analysts
- Create training and procedural documents
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting is preferred
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Desired Skills
- Advanced knowledge of CLO compliance calculations and financial modeling
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experienced with CDO/CLO waterfall calculations and/or borrowing base calculations
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret complex legal documents in order to create calculations for financial models
