Senior ASSET ADMINISTRATION Analyst

Siepe is seeking an experienced individual with strong business acumen to execute various operational objectives. As a member of the Siepe team, you will work closely with our product groups, performing day-to-day functions, identifying operational improvements, and supporting the various lines of business.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret agent bank notices, credit agreements, and other governing credit documents
  • Manage transactions for various asset classes and ensure all notifications are accurately processed
  • Understand and resolve complex credit transactions
  • Respond to the needs of clients and other third parties, while collaborating with the respective internal teams
  • Maintain and establish new performance targets and quality control metrics
  • Comply with and enforce standard policies and procedures
  • Promote knowledge sharing and development
  • Assist with effectively scaling operations to manage a growing client base and team

Qualifications

  • Experienced user of the Solvas Portfolio software (fka CDO Suite)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office products with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel required
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of multiple asset class transactions and processing requirements
  • Familiarity with the loan settlement process and settlement platforms
  • Organized with great time management and an ability to follow through on assigned tasks
  • Shows initiative and takes ownership of job responsibilities and performs duties accurately and timely
  • Pays attention to detail and takes pride in delivering quality work outputs
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
