Relationship Manager Client Service

Siepe is seeking an experienced individual with strong business acumen to execute a variety of operational objectives. As a member of the Siepe team, you will work closely with our product groups performing the day-to-day functions, identifying operational improvements, and supporting the various lines of business.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret all governing deal and credit documents
  • Creates reporting specifications from governing documents 
  • Advanced knowledge of CDO compliance and payment calculations for various reporting platforms
  • Identify new opportunities to propose to clients per business needs 
  • Manage client expectations, improve processes, and look for efficiency gains
  • Design efficient quality control metrics and performance targets
  • Complies and enforces standard policies and procedures
  • Manage transactions ensuring all notifications are actioned and communicated accordingly
  • Effectively manage a growing client base in addition to staff and business needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred
  • 7 + years of relevant work experience
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Desired Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of all asset class transactions and payment requirements 
  • Extensive knowledge of the Loan Settlements process and platforms  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with advanced knowledge of Excel 
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with a focus on high-quality customer service 
  • Strong analytical proficiencies and the ability to interpret information from numerous sources to prepare and present reports
  • Self-motivated and desire to succeed 
  • Highly positive, collaborative, and problem-solving attitude
  • Great organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Ability to coordinate initiatives efficiently and to multitask when leading multiple simultaneous initiatives
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing environments and possess excellent analytical and exception resolution methods 
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing teams supporting various clients
  • Complies and enforces standard policies and procedures
