We’d also like to specially recognize our Employee of the Year 2025. This award honors the individual who has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, leadership, and alignment with Siepe’s Core Values throughout the year.

Employee of the Year 2025: Amy Theriot, Director, People Operations

This year brought huge change for Siepe, and through it all, Amy was the steady force who created calm in the chaos. She helped launch international offices, supported 105 onboarding and employment processes, managed multi-state and global payroll, and integrated major new systems—all while showing up for every person with kindness and care. Amy lives our values, strengthens our culture, and brings stability in times of transition. She is consistency, compassion, and excellence—and truly our Employee of the Year.

Pearce shows genuine passion for his work by always making time for others and patiently guiding them through complex processes. His dedication is clear in the way he shoulders heavy workloads, like the Aristotle implementation, while staying focused, thorough, and solutions-oriented. His persistence, care for the team and clients, and steady leadership under pressure set him apart and strengthen everyone around him.

Purpose | Joyce Kim
Joyce exemplifies what it means to put others first. No matter how demanding her workload is, she is always available to support her teammates and our clients. Joyce consistently goes above and beyond, ensuring accurate, thoughtful work and offering guidance whenever needed. She truly embodies our Purpose by putting people, clients, and community above herself every day.

Equality | Tyler Dailey
Tyler demonstrates equality through his calm, collaborative approach, treating every question and challenge as a shared problem to solve rather than an individual burden. By taking the time to build tools, ask thoughtful questions, and create reusable processes, he ensures everyone has the same access to clarity, support, and success. His coaching-first style, patience, and willingness to partner elevate not just the work, but the people around him, creating a more equitable and empowered team environment.

Loyalty | Loren Marino
Loren demonstrates unwavering loyalty through his consistent dedication to his work, his team, and the values the define Siepe. He shows up every day with genuine intention and always ready to support others, take on any task, and ensure commitments are met with reliability and care. His steady presence, integrity, and commitment to doing what’s best for the team make him someone everyone can trsut and depend on.

Trust | Marcus Ong
Marcus has earned deep trust across the management team through his exceptional leadership in building the KL team and spearheading the new office project with transparency, consistency, and care. He communicated clearly, managed every detail with integrity, and balanced the work alongside his regular responsibilities without ever faltering. His selflessness, reliability, and unwavering follow-through make him someone the entire organization can confidently depend on.

Transparency | Jaycnda Marbury
Jacynda exemplifies transparency through her open communication, clear decision-making, and proactive leadership on the Elmwood project, where she built strong trust with both the client and the team. She made information accessible, guided new analysts with clarity and patience, and created an environment where questions were welcomed and everyone felt supported. Through her honesty, inclusiveness, and commitment to keeping everyone aligned, Jacynda set the tone for a truly transparent team culture.

Reliability | Navid Nathani
Navid exemplifies reliability through his fast responses, accurate work, and clear communication, making him the go-to person for both Diameter and Sycamore clients. He consistently delivers reports and projects correctly the first time, demonstrating dependability in every task he takes on. His strong root-cause analysis and deep understanding of client needs make him a steady anchor for his team.

Innovation | Conor Crosbie
Conor is recognized for his outstanding initiative and creative problem-solving. Using Microsoft Power Automate and AI, he built dashboards and automated workflows that greatly improved visibility and efficiency for the team. He also shared his expertise through trainings and walkthroughs, empowering colleagues to create their own automations. His forward-thinking approach and commitment to elevating the team embody the spirit of innovation.

Flexibility | Allie White
Allie White has taken a leading and highly flexible role in coordinating the Houston office opening, managing everything from stocking the kitchen and working with building management to arranging blind installation, furnishing office and conference spaces, and assembling furniture. On top of her regular recruiting responsibilities, she has also stepped in to fill gaps in IT support for new
hires by testing equipment, setting up desks and laptops, and maintaining the IT storage closet demonstrating exceptional adaptability throughout the process.

Collaboration | Hassan Tabish
Hassan is recognized for his strong partnership across
teams, working closely with Onboarding and Asset Admin to ensure smooth setups and accurate data. He also played a key role in leading the transition of the cash reconciliation function to the KL team. His cooperative approach and commitment to shared success exemplify true collaboration.
