Siepe’s CEO Michael Pusateri spoke with Yizhu Wang at Mergermarket to discuss the Company’s recent acquisition of KeyMan Intelligence and plans for its next round of equity financing.
Siepe, a Dallas-based software and data analytics provider for asset managers, could raise the next round of equity financing at the beginning of 2022 for acquisitions, said Michael Pusateri, CEO and founder.
The amount is likely to be USD 10m-USD 20m although it will depend on the M&A pipeline, Pusateri said. It is currently in talks with three or four parties regarding potential partnerships or acquisitions, he added.
