This recognition reflects Chris’ exceptional leadership in driving financial strategy, operational excellence, and global growth initiatives that continue to strengthen Siepe’s position as a leading provider of technology-enabled solutions for the asset management industry.
Throughout 2025, Chris played a pivotal role in advancing Siepe’s strategic vision and scaling the business for long-term success. He led financial planning and execution during a period of rapid expansion, including the launch of new international offices in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Malaysia—enhancing support for global clients and enabling around-the-clock operational capabilities. Domestically, he also guided the opening of Siepe’s Houston office, positioning the company within one of the nation’s key hubs for loan and structured finance talent.
Chris’ leadership has been instrumental in delivering strong financial performance. Under his stewardship, Siepe achieved 150% revenue growth over a three-year period, earning its highest-ever ranking on the Inc. 5000 list in 2025. The company was also recognized for the 11th consecutive year on the Tech Titans Fast Tech List, underscoring its sustained growth and innovation.
Beyond financial performance, Chris has been deeply committed to building a collaborative, high-performing culture at Siepe. His approach empowers teams with the tools, transparency, and support needed to excel, while maintaining a strong focus on client success. He has also overseen the continued evolution of Siepe’s financial infrastructure, including implementing robust audit processes that have resulted in clean audit opinions every year since inception.
