Siepe is currently seeking an experienced, energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented person to provide business support to the office. As a member of the Siepe team, you will work closely with management as well as those across the team on a variety of business tasks and must be able to anticipate and oversee all aspects of the teams’ schedule and day-to-day requests.

Responsibilities
- Provide constant and effective support for the office staff including responsibilities such as managing complex calendars, meeting scheduling and coordination, booking travel arrangements, preparing and answering emails, phone calls, and managing ad-hoc company & facilities-related requests
- Organizing and facilitating onsite and offsite events and conferences across multiple office locations
- Provide administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, data entry and recruiting schedule
- Develop strong working relationships and exhibit superior communication skills with all levels of the organization. Must coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 to 5 years of administrative support or office management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with senior management or executives preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
